“In this Masterclass, I’ll be introducing the model that I work and engage with in my work at Tavistock Consulting, coaching leaders across health, government, charity and business organisations. Bringing both psychoanalytic and systems thinking to work situations is the grounding of the work that I do, and I see leaders and managers gain crucial insights in coaching – the insights that come about when you think with someone else in a reflective and meaningful space. I hope that participants will get a sense of the depth of Tavistock Consulting’s approach to executive coaching, and I’m excited to share some of the key concepts that make up this approach.“
